You can basically aggregate various different feeds, add filters in between to create more powerful feeds in a visual environment all provided inside the browser. Created a very simple Pipe called "Tech Aggregator" that aggregates 4 blogs (Ittoolbox, ServerSide, Dr Dobbs and web 2.0). There is a search criterion which the user of this pipe can specify and only posts where the specified string is present in title or body is selected. Yahoo has got a pretty powerful visual environment for designing pipes. Could create this pipe in less than 3 minutes.
